Who we are and what we do

We offer a range of group and 1:1 activities to all members of the community; from babies who are weeks old to those approaching centurian status! If you don't see something in our programme that attracts you, please let us know what would and we will seek to deliver it. We offer a range of volunteering opportunities and are always appreciative of the support that voluinteering provides - without our volunteers, we simply could not do what we do.
