Home-Start

Home-Start offers support, friendship and practical help to parents with young children in local communities.

Home-Start recruit and train volunteers who are usually parents themselves to visit families with at least one child under five, at home, and offer them informal, friendly and confidential support.

North Barnes CAB Outreach

Citizens' Advice Bureau offers free, independent, confidential and impartial advice. The Barnes Workhouse Fund have given us funding to open for an extra day each week, so we are now open for pre-arranged appointments only on Mondays.

Local Councillor Rita Palmer will be available at CCC on the 2nd Thursday of the month between 1pm - 3pm for advice sessions.

Make an appointment to ask Rita about specific legal and/or personal concerns.

All the dates for 2010 have been booked to help you plan when you can attend. Come to one or all of them. We want to make sure you are happy with your home and area you live in.
