Over 50's Lunch Club

Our ever popular monthly lunch club for older people.

Lunch is followed by a variety of activities.

Wednesday 18th January 2012. Lyric Theatre, Hammersmith visit to watch ‘LOVE SONG’.
£8 for ticket. Bring freedom passes for public transport.
Leave CCC at 11am, return by 4pm.
Going for lunch before the theatre.

Cost: £8.00 + Lunch money.

£14 for FISH bus.
Bring money for pub lunch at the Hand and Flower.
Leave CCC at 10am, return by 4pm.

Friday 16th March Kensington Palace trip.
£12 for FISH bus. Bring money for pub lunch.

Young At Heart

A gentle keep-fit class, suitable for the over 50's.* Please wear comfortable and loose clothing.

Day: *Tuesday mornings at 11.30am for 45mins, followed by tea and chat.*

Cost: £2.00 per session

Venue: CCC (Please wear comfortable, loose clothing)

* Classes will only run during school term times.

The above class is part of the CASTELNAU GET ACTIVE CAMPAIGN which is funded by Richmond and Twickenham Primary NHS Care Trust Choosing Health Funds.

A fully accredited pharmacist will be available for the over 5Os for the following:

• Blood Pressure Readings
• Inhaler Techniques
• Body Mass Index
• Review your Medicines
• Offer vouchers for free cholesterol tests and diabetes tests

If you are over 50 and have any questions about your medicines that you have wanted to ask, but never wanted to trouble your doctor then come along and speak to our pharmacist. 

Sessions are held on the second Tuesday of every month 10am – 12pm

All sessions will be held at The Old Bakery, Behind Mortlake Training Centre, Lower Richmond Road, SW14 7HJ
